Despite our efforts to absorb part of the cost pressure through various measures such as optimizing production processes, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing our own profit margins, our selling prices have been lower than production costs since the beginning of 2025. To continue providing you with stable, efficient and reliable cutting tool products, after careful consideration, we have no choice but to announce that we will implement a comprehensive price increase for all cutting tool products starting from 10:00 on March 13, 2026. Our sales team will provide you with detailed explanations and in-depth communication regarding the specific scope and margin of the price adjustment.
