This year's exhibition covered 40,000 square metres and accommodated leading equipment and tooling manufacturers and suppliers from Belarus, China, Germany, India, Italy, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Korea, Spain and Turkey.

WSS, together with its Russian partner, is exhibiting dozens of standard and off-standard tools for a wide range of machining methods, including holemaking, grooving and milling, in Hall 7. The extensive product range further expands the application of WSS tools in various industries, especially for drilling and milling of cast iron, hardened steel and other materials in the heavy industry. The new interchangeable tip drills and CBN milling cutters from WSS attracted interest and further enquiries from visitors to the exhibition.

WSS has developed a CBN multi-flute face mill for machining cast iron cylinder blocks that combines economy and efficiency. Its higher metal removal rate and the stability of the CBN tool in high feed conditions make it a cost-effective option.

At this year's show, in addition to the traditional fist superhard tools, WSS presented for the first time the Crown Drill, a drill with interchangeable tips.

Compared to conventional drills, the crown drill has high machining accuracy, high drilling efficiency and good chip breaking performance. The interchangeable tip makes the process of changing tools during machining safe, fast and easy. The spiral cutting edge of the tool body is designed for fast chip cutting and smooth chip removal without tangling the toolholder.
